I have collected some of the FM 2008 modifiers. Here's the list of the files:

1. FM Modifier 2.2 for FM 2008
This program can modify players, clubs, and nations. You can also modify the details such as Player's Information, Playing, Goals & Positions, Preffered moves, Contract, Relationship. This program also capable of displaying player's analysis.

Instal & Use:
Unrar, and instal! To use this program, you must run FM 2008 first. Load your game and use ctrl+tab to back to Desktop. Then run FMM 2.2, and press LOAD. Search your desired player/club, then change everything you want.

NOTE: Create a backup savegame files before running the game if necessary. You can not undo your changes!

2. FM Genie Scout 2008
You can see players and clubs DETAILED analysis with this program. So basically you don't change things. Just see their "future" then the next is up to you.

How to use:
Open FMGenieScout.exe then load your savegame file. Search the players or clubs you want to scout. You don't need to run the game to use this program.

3. Some other programs that I don't even know if it's working or not.

Use FM Modifier 2.2 with your own risk. You will found out how boring playing Football Manager 2008 if you're using this cheat too much!

Football Manager 2008 Cheats: Get Star Players for FREE

Football Manager 2008 has the same cheating method with the previous, previous, and previous version of Football Manager and some Championship Manager version (the earlier). This will done by managing the team opponent. Here's the steps:
1. Make sure you're in transfer window (or not, thats okay!)
2. Play a new manager to your targeted player's team. For example, you (Inter) want Kaka so you must Play New Manager to Milan.
3. After you play Milan, put Kaka on transfer list. And make him as uncomfortable as you can.

Move him in reserves team
Set as 'Not Needed'
Or you can do these with FMModifier to change the player Happiness and also relationships. For example, set Kaka's Happiness to 0. Then go to Kaka's relationships, make sure he hates Milan and hates Milan's players. And also make Kaka love Inter and love Inter's player (or YOU), so it would be easier in contract negosiation's.

4. Go back to your 'real' team (inter) and make an offer for Kaka for free.
5. Go back to Milan, accept the transfer offer you've made before.
6. Wait until the negosiation begins.
If the player agree..then it's yours.

Football Manager 2008 Cheat: Massive wins

Here's some tips to get massive wins (lots of goals!!) in Football Manager 2008. It also works in previous versions of Football Manager (erlier version of Championship Manager too).
1. Play another manager to your opponent team.
2. Go to Tactics menu
3. There are some 'things' that you can do with your opponent teams to get them lose, a very BIG
LOSE (do it before matchday i suggest):
1) Give irrelevant players positions, like GK -> FC, FC->GK, etc. For example Victor Valdes
(FC) or Thierry Henry (GK). You can also switch your defender and midfielder.
2) Move all your player to side in the field, or empty the middle field (in tactics field).
3) And also the last thing (would affect in lots of goals drought!): point forward our keeper to ST
or FC position. Point your keeper and hold your right mouse, move it to FC position. This
would make your keeper runs forward when his team has the ball. And when a counter
happens the goal will be unguarded.
My record as far is 32-0 (can you beat that?!!!).

Installation Notes:
Extract to \My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\ or Your User Data folder if you have moved it.

Turn off the skin cache in the preferences -> Display and Sound menu and tick the'Always reload skin on confirm' option to get the logos to show. (You can untick this and turn the skin cache back on afterwards).

Football Manager Modifier 2.2 or FMM 2.2 is a tiny software enabling you to change the players attributes such as skills, mental, and many other statistics in FM 2008. We can modify these players during the game. Different with FM Editor, FMM doesn’t need a large capacity of RAM. All the attributes will be modified in savegame not the main database. So it’s actuallly irreversible. You will be able to get the unchanged database if you start a New Game.

So be careful in using it. Remember, cheating makes us easily to be bored with the game. And it’s not challenging. But don’t get depressed with the game. WE play the game, and don’t let THE GAME play you.

Instalation

Extract file…done!

Run FMM2.2.exe while you’re playing FM 2008. (Simply press alt+tab to choose your FMM2.2 or FM 2008 screen.) Modify anything you want!

Note: the database you’re about to change is in the savegame. The main database is kept as before.

What we’ve been waiting for a couple months lately has come. Football Manager 2008 is now RELEASED! No more school, or college, or work just sitting in front of the computer a whole week. Applying some new tricks, tactics, and buying dozens of players that circled around in your head. If you realized, FM is actually simple. It’s just a database consist of names and integers that will be proccesed by the computer with a certain methods and algorithm. But is such an addiction just to rise or lower stats and values in the game. And that’s exactly how we play, isn’t it? Here’s some new features in FM 2008 :

New updates in teams database with the latest transfers
More details in options dan preferences
New wizards in New Game and adding manager
Calendars consist of teams events and schedules
Tutorial containing guidance (Help screen) about page that is being shown
Advisor : answers of the ‘how to’ questions
Detailed confidences (competition, finance, signing, matches, summary)
Budget Adjustment : now we can adjust the composition of Wage Budget and Transfer Budget anytime in the game (don’t need to wait till new season beginning)

These are few things I recognize during my first day in charge. I think there’s maybe more features in FM 2008. Just play it!
